I have been asked to help solve fixya problems but many questions seem written so the problem cannot be understood, how can I help 'clean up' some questions?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your question and welcome to Fixya. If you are familiar with the expert levels on Fixya you will be happy to know that some of the functionality you are asking about is already available on the website.

Once experts reach level 3 they are given the ability to help moderate misplaced content. Keep up the great work and if you'd like more information you can check out the Fixya blog.

Hope that helps!

I really have a problem paying you for a prob. which your co. created.....

Hi bmcmanus29

Please clarify if your complaint is aimed at PayPal or at FixYa.

If it is aimed at PayPal, try taking it up with PayPal support who are normally quite constructive in resolving disputes. Click here:

If the complaint is aimed at FixYa, you can use the free site to have your problem resolved if you don't wish or cannot afford to pay for a premium solution.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the range of FixYa services, then direct them to FixYa Support who will do everything they can to resolve the problem. See here to see if your problem is covered in the FixYa FAQs:

I hope this helps.
