learn e-mail and texting etiquette before you make a complete fool of yourself as upper case is termed abusive and swearing
in any case do you think that using capitals or upper case makes your statement any more informative or assertive
you obviously lack any manners at all but worse still you lack education
But then again I probably used words that you have never heard of before like etiquette and manners
