Question about Washing Machines
Firstly contact the vendors of the machine if it is under warranty. They are required by Aust. law to take care of the problem without special measures from you. They cannot require you to deal direct with Euro (unless that is OK with you), nor can they make you transport the machine yourself. Just insist politely that they send someone to your place to fix it.
