No idea, but you must have done it yourself. Apple doesn't delete passwords.
If it is the password that you use to open the iPad, that is in fact nothing to do with Apple, it was set by you and remains on your device ONLY.
If it your Apple ID that you use to access iCloud buy music and apps, then that is held by Apple, but only you can delete or reset it.
