Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Explain dormant accounts

Dormant accounts are accounts that have not been used for a period of time as determined by the account managers. Usually this is over decades rather than a few years.

Since there is no activity on these accounts, the bank or account management organisation may suspend interest payments on these accounts because the original account holder may be dead, have left the country or be unable to administer their own account due to mental illness or incapacity. The original account holder may have lost any documents or other paperwork relating to the account.

When the account holder makes a request to reactivate the account, they will need to provide a form of ID and answer some questions relating to when the account was set up.

In the absence of the original account holder, a nominated representative may act on their behalf but they must provide identification and authorisation that they are entitled to access. This may be in the form of a power of attorney or a death certificate if the original account holder has passed.

Cancel my facebook account please

Step 1:
Deactivate Your Facebook Account b> There may come a time when you need to deactivate your Facebook account. Fortunately, as with most of the social utility Web sites, closing your account with Facebook is easy. And if you change you mind, you can always return to Facebook with a simple reactivation process.

Access the Facebook home page and log in using the email address and password you originally registered with (see Below). Sign into Facebook and navigate to the "Delete My Account" page (See Below) https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account If you've forgotten you password, click on "Log in" and follow the link to reset your password. Head to the "My Account" page using the link from the menu. Follow the "Click Here" link under the Deactivate Account section. You will be taken to a short form to fill out before you close your account. Tell Facebook why you're leaving. Select the radio button next to the reason for deactivating your account. There is also space to write other comments. Opt in or out of Facebook emails. Even if you account is deactivated, your friends can still invite you to events or ask you to join groups. If you don't want any email from Facebook at all, check the appropriate box. Click the "Deactivate" button. You will be taken to a page confirming your account deactivation. Reactivate a Deleted Facebook Account Head to the Facebook Web site to reactivate your account. Log in to Facebook as if you'd never left. Use your original email address and password. Check your registered email account for a confirmation email from Facebook with directions on how to reactivate your account. Follow the link in the email. I made two mistakes. I deactivatied my account and wish to reactivate. Failing that I signed up again under the name Joel Lazenby but my friend know me as Wayne Lazenby, I wish to reactivaed as originally...

How long ago did you deactivate your old account? If it's been less than two weeks, you can login again to your old account (using old username/email and password) and it will reactivate your account.
If it's been longer than two weeks, all you need to do on the new account you created (under Joel Lazenby), is change your name to Wayne Lazenby.
To change your name on Facebook, follow these instructions:
1. login to facebook 2. click "account" in the upper right corner 3. in the dropdown menu select "account settings" 4. you'll see "change" next to the "name" category.
Just change your name and verify and you're done!
