Hi I have a brand new Jennair oven, model jjw2430ds01 that has stuck/shorted key error enumeration 0x1 on it- what does this mean and how do I get it fixed?

Jennair says the fix is easy. It is a 'stuck' key which is causing a 'short' which actually isn't, but permanently on, closed circuit, you will need to get under the keys and clean them with electrical switch cleaner. Or you buy a new button module and control board for 1,000 bucks, thank you for buying Jennair!

Hi, Error F7 on your oven means that the keypad is shorted or stuck and to resolve this issue you'll have to replace the Electronic Range control (ERC).
