I need a refund on a groupon i purchased yesterday

I have tried to reach this company numerous times and kept getting a machine. Tried to book online app does not work. The e-mail they list is invalid

I went into Manage Your Content to return an order. Used Delete as Return for Refund was not an option. Would like to know that the order was cancelled and refund issued. Thanks ~ Susan Wright

I have tried to remove a book ordered in error I have not read the previous one and it is too expensive to buy two but I can not get credit or cancell

I reckon that once you are delivered an electronic book, it is yours and you can't return it. However, after a lot of searching, I found this. You don't give a lot of information though and if indeed it is a Kindle book?

I have problems with many of my books missing pages. Sometimes, many consecutive pages at a time. Is this my kindle or is it on Amazon's side? It is extremely frustrating and I feel cheated every time.

Linda, please contact Amazon's customer support team; let them know what's happening and convey your dissatisfaction.

Perhaps this is a known issue and they have a work-around solution for you.

  • Have a notepad and pen available
  • write down the date and time you called; and the name of the support agent- and any other person you may get transferred to
  • take notes whether they can or cannot resolve the issue
  • If the phone support tech is unable to help you, ask to speak to a supervisor by saying, "I'm sure you have done everything within your authority to be of assistance to me, but now I would like to speak to a supervisor." (be patient and kind, yet firm.)
  • Once again, convey your concerns; stay focused on the issue- be concise and brief
  • You may want to interject that you prefer to have the e-book you bought from them; as a back-up, you want to be prepared with- "so what choices do you have for me to resolve this matter?'
  • If they can't or won't help you, ask for a full refund for your purchases. If they are unwilling to fully refund you the cost of your purchases- end the conversation on a high note and file a dispute with your credit card company; provide the credit card company with just the facts and circumstances; including how you tried to resolve this directly with the vendor; how you offered them ample opportunity to come up with a reasonable solution. Include the details of whom you spoke with (dates and times) and how you were refused credit for a defective and corrupt software download that is unusable.
  • Let the credit card company do the leg work for you...their investigation into your dispute may take some time, but you'll prevail.

How do I cancel a kindle e book

Returning Kindle Books Books you purchase from the Kindle Store are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 14 days of the date of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the book.
To request a refund and return, visit the Manage Your Content and Devices page. Click the Actions tab for the title you'd like to return, and select "Return for refund".

Are you certain that you have progress with full charging?: Sounds like battery issues.

Is the tab an older model? Lithium Ion batteries reach the point at which they are totally spent, finished, and worse than worthless. Until then, and continuously, they spew power--no matter what. That's why that chemistry is used for PC and laptop CMOS batteries---that keeps your settings and the clock going when AC or the main battery goes down or merely is turned off/disconnected. Alternately, internally the connection inside your tablet may have jarred loose, instead.

Replacing or fooling with the battery or connectors inside likely is beyond the scope here. (Remember, this kind of battery (similar to those used in smartphones and cell phones) may explode--even catching fire or otherwise--spewing acids may harm unprotected eyes, skin etc. Have yourself and anyone nearby and involved wear eye protection.)

Best bet--leave the tablet as is: If you are under warranty, get an RMA from the vendor (or the warranty company--or the tablet company) and return (obtain a replacement or refund).

Otherwise, purchase a new tablet--if the tablet is older (than Android 4.0 (Icecream)) that's a great idea. (Even Icecream is getting old now, too.) Otherwise, have someone help you to replace the battery. Obtain repair help from a pro at a shop--or, have a willing and knowledgeable kid or tech friend assist. If fortunate, they may be able to remove the battery (if possible). They may then also help search online, and thus help you to obtain and replace it with one with new--OEM (original equipment) or compatible. Alternately, they may repair a faulty connection for you.
