I will need to know a little more about the issue you are experiencing. "How to remove" Does that refer to not being allowed to remove the drive while you have the drive open in "Windows Explorer". If that is true then you may close Explorer and wait for 10 seconds for the OS to release the information on the flash drive, and try again.
