Normally, we look for the greatest common factor and the least common multiple.

To find the least common factor, we have to factor both numbers and see what the least common factor is. However, we know the one set of factors for every number is itself and one. For example, 56 and 49.

The factors of 56 are 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 14, 28 and 56.

The factors of 49 are 1, 7, 49.

What is the least common factor of both numbers? 1

So the least common factor of any two numbers is 1.

Any questions, let me know.

Good luck,

Paul

I just had this problem. I had factor A as ***, factor B as age, and I was trying to look at my RM data. What I needed to do was separate it out, so that I was looking at factor A as ***, factor B as "session"- my repeated measure. Then I did a separate analysis with factor A as age, factor B as session.

use the advanced options page and reset the factor blue and red convergence defaults then do re apply the auto color defaults color at first it seemed very red (which is good because red was the missing factor in the green picture) but after reseting all the color and tints to the normal ranges I then reset the color auto correct again and all seems fine.
