I have a Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 wifi only SM-T710NZWEXAR. Is it a real model? I can't find support for it anywhere. Not even hen I search on the Samsung website


Looks like a valid model - e.g. portableone.com is selling it, but to verify, check the About information on the Settings screen. Samsung should be able to track it using the tablet's MAC address. Try Samsung Global in case this model is one sold outside North America.

Receiving no new incoming emails.


Check your email setup on your device to make sure user name and password are correct. Have you tried another device for email? You may have to update your profile or contact your providers.

This likely means SMTP authentication is not enabled. If you get a relay denied error and your password is correct, then SMTP authentications is likely not correct. Often, email users with this issue can receive but cannot send email.

I have a Toshiba tablet....I reply to emails and try to sent emails however, my emails are not received by whom I am sending them to. How do I send an email?


Sending and receiving emails require a client on your device such as gmail and a server that will send the email on to the recipient. It sounds like you don't have an email account set up with a server.

Unable to send emails


Perhaps your outgoing internet connection is very slow and the mails stay only for a little while in the box. If you recently did set up the mail account on hat device check if it is an STMP server the mail has to go to. You should setup the SMTP server too.

How do you get emails stuck in outbox to be sent?


Once you know you are in an arts with a strong enough signal, re-sync. It should not only check for new, but also send all waiting emails.

When the recipient is not receiving my emails!


First, always double check the intended recipient's email address. Next, email yourself with an alternate email address to verify that its not a setup issue on your iPad. If you don't receive it, then check that you are logging into your email service properly. If everything checks out on your end (you received the email you sent to yourself and their address is correct) then I would suggest its an issue with the recipient's service and they need to make sure they are not filtering you out.

E mail not readin after certain date


Try old emails as many providers relocate them after a period of time. Any emails you wish to keep should be archived in the saved email section.
