Assuming this is on a pioneer receiver - you have a shorted amp channel. output transistors and probably some burnt resistors will need to be replaced.

I have a pioneer vsx 816 receiver and the power standby button flashes and nothing work I pressed the enter and advanced surround buttons down amp err can I fix that

This sounds like your receiver is in protection mode. This is often caused by a short circuit of some kind (e.g. speaker wire cores touching the chassis of the receiver).
Disconnect and reconnect all the connected cables one by one (begin with disconnecting the power cable and don't reconnect that until you're done with all the other cables).

My 2003 hyundai tiburon has a check egine p0171 ,

I hope you understand there have not been any
tune-ups in the last 25 years
You only get spark plugs ,that is all that restores
any sense of original engine tune ,so to speak

There are no air hoses either, you mean vacuum hoses

The PO 171 -- System too lean (Bank #1)

I will skip the long technical story & tell you to replace
just the front one or two, what are called up stream O2
Sensors in the exhaust pipe at the converter inlet
(oxygen sensors)

Change them on all your vehicles at 100,000 miles, that
way you don't have a failure & the dash light & codes,etc
you have now

You can get the sensors at any auto parts stores
Most people get parts at Rock Auto .Com

hi,
To Re- tune your TV you have to go to the Auto tuning option in the menu. do the following procedure for auto scan all the available channels.

To tune the free view analogue channels do the following procedure.

1. Press the Menu/setup button on the remote.
2. Select Auto tuning and press enter.
3.Select the country and press enter.
4. Select start and press enter.
The automatic tuning will search for available broadcasts and should store the channels in the correct order. During the search the sound is muted. When all programs have been stored, the normal TV screen will appear.
If you can sent your email address through fixya then i will sent the user manual for Toshiba 19A 615 DB.

With the power off try holding Tune + and Auto surround/stream direct buttons for a few seconds to reset the protection circuits. Also, check the back panel for any loose wires. If a speaker wire is touching the metal it can overload the unit.
Make sure to keep 8" of empty space above the unit for air, as overheating can cause this problem. If it fails again, there could be bigger problems, so get it checked
