Question about Whirlpool Ovens
This is usually a problem with the keypad, most techs would say to replace the keypad, if that doesnt solve it, the main board will need to be replaced. make sure your connectors are tight if you decide to kill power and replace the keypad

We had the same error codes F2 E6. We were told to turn off the breaker to the oven for 5 minutes and then turn it back on and it will reset itself. We tried it and it worked! Whirpool wanted to send someone out on a service call. Thank goodness we didn't!

Hi dear. Please do the following if you know what you are doing.According to your explanation,F2E6 code on whirlpool oven related with following:
F2 - E6
Cancel key drive line open
1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).
I hope that solves your issue.Thanks.
