Go into Settings>System Settings, and scroll down until you see 'Reset Factory Settings'. Select that and you'll see a message asking if you want to restore all factory settings, then select 'Yes'. Then select your language and reigon, or press the 'Home' button and it'll land you back at the main menu. Hope this helps.

Pop out the battery if you can and wait a few minutes.
That resets all electronics.
