Go into Settings>System Settings, and scroll down until you see 'Reset Factory Settings'. Select that and you'll see a message asking if you want to restore all factory settings, then select 'Yes'. Then select your language and reigon, or press the 'Home' button and it'll land you back at the main menu. Hope this helps.

Pop out the battery if you can and wait a few minutes.

That resets all electronics.

Magellan does not turn on. Can we reset?

yes, you can try the reset but before you try that..plug it in to a known good charger (like the car charger has a green light to tell you its working)

once plugged in, press and hold the power button for upto ten seconds...if that fails, try the reset on the left side under the flap...depending when your 2200 was made, it will either be a pin hole where you can use a paper clip to reset it, or if its an early model 2200 it will have a slide switch that should be toward the down reset turn unit on, then either slide the switch up, wait a second or two..then back to the down position then try and restart it...if its the pinhole, just depress the reset with a paper clip, then try and restart it by pressing and holding the power button for up to ten seconds.

these 2200t are also known to have faulty power ports that i can help you with should the above advice fails.

let me know if you need further help

It Keeps Freezing up and i want to know how to fix it

Try this - Reset the device 1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power switch. 3. To turn the player on, slide the Power switch up then release instantly. Or you can try to force MSC modes 1. Turn device OFF. 2. Slide the Hold switch down to Lock (orange color showing). 3. Press and hold the center button while connecting the device to the PC. If none of this helps you might need to reload and update to the latest firmware or try and force recovery mode. 1. On your Sansa player, press and hold the Power/Menu button for 15 seconds to turn the device completely off. 2. Slide the Hold switch so the orange portion shows. 3. On your PC, double-click My Computer 4. On your Sansa player, press and hold the REC button while connecting it to the PC. 5. Release the REC button when a 16MB-FORMAT drive partition appears under My Computer. This may not work on your player not sure of the Model cut off.

Hawking wireless router to reset password

If you press the reset button you only make a reboot.
To reset all the value to the factory setting you have to:
- Power off the device
- Hold the reset button pressed
- While you press the reset button put the power back on

Now your gateway address is again, login is admin and password is not present (leave it blank).
