A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

press the "prog" key followed by the "Trunk" key then the number "1" key.
Press the "down arrow" key until you see the initials Ed on the screen
Press the "E" key.
Enter the frequencies (including the decimals)
you must press the E key and the Prog key after each frequency, after you finish entering your frequencies, press the scan key.
If you need to clear your scanner, turn it off, press and hold down the number 2 and number 9 keys, while holding them down turn the scanner back on, "clear" should start flashing on the screen, once "clear" stops flashing you can enter the frequencies.

is it a digital scanner? You know that everyone has gone digital there fore making that kind of scanner outdated and if you are trying to listen to police u wont pick anything up. I was told that some raido shacks will re program it for you.
