It might be a potentially unwanted program that was installed on your computer when you downloaded other programs unwittingly. If it can't be removed from Windows Control Panel, try some free uninstall tools like Revo Uninstaller. Or you can uninstall it using Windows registry but this may be risky if you are not familiar with it. In addition, such unwanted programs may also change your browser settings like the default homepage. If you have trouble fixing these issues, the manual guide in the following post may be helpful. Disable or uninstall the screen saver and and restart in 'Normal mode'.

Why Google Search Redirects Virus? How to Fix Google Redirecting Virus

Two good software tools can help you to fix the redirecting virus with Google search. One is the registry repairing program and the other is the malware removal tool. With the help of the registry cleaning program the infection is completely removed from the hidden registry entries of the Windows. While the anti-malware detects and removes the infection from the computer. If during search, Google redirects virus and produces undesired web results then follow these instructions:
Step 1:
Download a software to thoroughly repair and clean Windows registry. The Windows registry is an area which contains very sensitive information about all the programs running in the computer. Most of the viruses and malwares also attack the Windows registry. Unfortunately running the anti-virus/anti-malware scans only does not remove the infections from Windows registry.

Step 2:
Download a good malware removal tool and conduct scan through it. The Google search redirect virus is caused by the malwares that shall be removed from the computer. If properly used with the registry cleaning tool, the antimalware can greatly help to fix the Google redirecting virus.

Step 3:

Go to My Computer > Properties > Device Manager > Hardware > View > Show Hidden Devices. After this select the option "Non-Plug and Play Drivers" and disable 'TDSSserv.sys'. Don not uninstall it.

The above guidelines have been found to work well. Are you tired of this nuisance and want to have a quick fix to eliminate Google redirecting virus? Here are the tools which are recommended by PC experts to fix search redirect problem:

Use Intel Software Partner, RegInOut and Use Combofix Tool. You shall run RegInOut scan before and after this process if Google redirects virus in your browser.

Removing New Folder.EXE on your PC and other recurring files.

Hi, to all PC users, having problems with files that you have deleted but recopies itself again and again? Even if you use an anti-virus software, still the file keeps on recopying itself.
This type of virus is what we call malware. usually categories as a virus, but known in the computer world as malware. It usually present on infected flash drives.
Instead of using anti virus, use an anti malware software, there are lots of good anti-malware softwares available on the internet for downloads, you can visit to get your anti-malware software for free. By the way I am using AD-Aware as my anti malware software. You can also use it side by side with any anti virus software.
It scans the PC for malware active on your PC, once cleaned, by scanning it gets rid of those really disgusting files. After the scan, you can now manually delete the recurring files. These malwares can be in the form of worms, trojans or cookies.
As a piece of good advice, the best time to load anti malware or anti virus softwares are after reformatting your hard drive with a fresh copy of Windows, before any malware or virus sets in.

You probably have the S.M.A.R.T. virus. Bring it to a PC shop that specializes in virus/malware removal for a set price. This virus infestation is serious trouble.

However if you feel you can fix it on your own. Check for viruses and malware. But be warned the S.M.A.R.T. virus is extremely difficult to completely remove and you'll need to restore all your icons as well.

Boot your computer into "safe mode with networking" by pressing F8 several times at startup until the boot screen comes up. Then select "safe mode with networking".

Once you're up and running: You can get good FREE anti-virus and anti-malware apps from here:

Sshnas21.dll is not installed

Use the following instructions to remove sshnas.dll (sshnas21.dll) trojan and other components of trojan FakeAlert

Step 1.

Please download OTM by OldTimer and save it to desktop.

Run OTM. Copy, then paste the following text in "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved" window (under the yellow bar):

Click the red Moveit! button. When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.

Step 2.

Download MalwareBytes Anti-malware (MBAM)

Once downloaded, close all programs and windows on your computer.

Double-click on the icon on your desktop named mbam-setup.exe. This will start the installation of MalwareBytes Anti-malware onto your computer.
