My Kindle Fire is frozen on the Fire logo

"Performing a hard reset on your Kindle Fire may resolve intermittent issues like a frozen screen, battery issues or trouble downloading content to your Kindle Fire. Allow your Kindle Fire to charge for approximately 30 minutes, then try the following steps.
To perform a hard reset on your Kindle Fire, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then release. After the device has completely turned off, press the power button to restart your Kindle Fire.
If your Kindle Fire is still unresponsive, try charging your Kindle Fire before trying to reset the device again. Hope this helps, good luck.

My kindle fire hd apps are saying the licence needs to be refreshed how do i do this?

How do you refresh the license on a Kindle Fire?
First make sure the Kindle has a good Wi-Fi connection and can connect to the Internet. Then do a restart by holding the power button down for about 15 seconds, until you see the "Kindle Fire" logo appear. Let it reboot then open it and see if that fixed the problem.

I am on bubble mania and it is frozen on level 69 and i cannot get it to open

This works for many frozen apps. Use the on button to turn Kindle off. Then wait a few seconds and turn it back on and hold for about 30 seconds until you see the kindle fire logo. Your app should open.

Hook your kindle fire to your computer. When the auto play window appears click on "view files". When your kindle hard drive files appear then look for the books file on your kindle. Click on the books folder then copy and paste them on your desktop then unplug your kindle. Plug your wife's kindle in then do the same to open her books folder then copy and paste the books from your desktop into her book folder.

Give it about 2-5 minutes , if that doesn't work try holding the power and volume button until it shows you a reboot option.

My kindle fire HD model X43Z60 will not load up or aknowledge the battery charger. Doesn't make it past the kindlefire logo.

Have you tried using a different power cord. We have gone through 2. Grandkids.....!

The kindle won't turn on

Just follow these instructions.
Your class should get past the initial I think therefore I am phase, and my Kindleshould get past the Kindle fire logo when it boots up but doesn't. The default solution for this is to reboot it. Hold down the power button for thirty seconds, let it shut down and power off, wait a couple minutes, turn it back on
