Check for loose threads or fluff in upper tension unit and bobbin case tension gauged to 14g resistence. Otherwise, service time I'm afraid. Have it serviced by an authorized Husqvarna Viking Service Technician.
You can locate a dealer near you by visiting the husqvarna viking website and clicking on the Dealer link on the left-hand side of the page - http://www.husqvarnaviking.com

SOURCE: bobbin case problems
Oh wow. That's definitely not good. Well you'll need to replace the bobbin case, and needle plate. Even the slightest burr can cause havoc. you could try smoothing down burrs with some fine sand paper but you'll need to replace the case eventually if you can't get this problem identified and fixed.
Next look for a build up or stray threads under and around the needle plate/bobbin area. Make absolutely certain you have the right needles for your machine.

Be sure that it's still plugged in and not on a plug in that is controlled by a switch that got accidentally turned off.
Other than that it is likely that a fuse got blown or the power supply died. In that case take it in for repair.

You don't have much info here to go on. I take it that it embroiders fine otherwise, ie on the built in designs. Is it a Janome card? Does it do it on a particular card / design? Have you changed the bobbin thread that you use? Check the top tension - even though it is 'automatic', it does require adjustment at times. Have you changed / using stabiliser that you use? Is the bobbin correctly threaded?
Check these things
