SOURCE: the blower turns off but

It sounds to me like you have a transformer that is going to need replaced before too long.It is normal for a transformer to make a low humminig/buzzing sound that you describe but as they get older sometimes they get quite loud. The good thing is they are not hard to replace nor are they very expensive.
I have seen them just be loose on their mounting screws and you might get by just tracing the sound down and tightening the screws. Thank you and good luck.

SOURCE: how do u wire athermostat

You need to get low voltage wire known as 5 wire. run wires thru wall to stat and furnace Red wire goes to R terminal white to W terminal Green to G terminal Yellow to Y terminal on both the stat and furnace circuit board. Now you need a wire called 2 wire low voltage wire run that from furnace circuit board to outside A/C. At furnace hook red wire to Y terminal and white to C terminal doesnt matter which ones you hook up at outside unit. Do it just like i told you this will work properly.
If this helps please rate me.

Check the pilot light sensor. Have seen this issue before. Sometimes after lighting need to hold it in longer. If it doesn't detect the lit pilot wise it will sit in safety shut down mode

Check to see if the fuse is blown. If it apprears to be blown, replace it. It is inexpeisive and simple. If you locate the fuse, you will be abel to determin if it is blowin becuase you will be erruption or a burnt mark in the fuse wires.

Red reset button keeps kicking out, i reset button and works fine for a day or two then kicks out again

The reset button kicks out because the thermostat detects overheating.
Anything over 150 degrees, the reset kicks out.

This is caused by 4 things.
1) Bad upper or lower thermostat. Thermostat sticking in 'on' position and elements overheating water.
2) Factory-installed insulation and cover are removed
3) Bad element shorted to ground at center of element, and element continues heating with 120V through the ground wire.
4) Loose wire near upper thermostat, that is shorting and causing heat.

Solution:
Check for missing insulation.
Check for loose and burned wires.
Replace both upper and lower thermostat.

If problems continue, test water heater elements and replace bad element.
