SOURCE: fan noise indoor unit (asu12rlq) fujitsu

A high pitched noise from the fan unit, means a bearing issue from the motor. You must replace the fan motor to get rid of the noise.

Conair mini split heat pump isn't cooling but has cold suction line but warm liquid line and is not freezing up the evaporator. Thinking a sucking reversing valve?? What could cause that? Both evapor

Make sure that your refrigerant charge is good first. Reversing valve has 4 pipes coming off of it. The one alone is discharge and centre of 3 is suction always. The two sides are the reversing pipes. One side should be same temp as discharge and other same temp (+-5F) as suction. If not then you have bypassing refrigerant in valve. Bad.

Condenser coil is blocked by full of dust.-Clean it. Fan motor less rpm -Replace capacitor. As you said, 1 minute running compressor due to weak capacitor. Replace running capacitor and clean coil with water and then check. Hope, helpful.

MY AIR CONDITONER HAS JUST STARTED LEAKING WATER,SPLIT SYSTEM DOGS HAVE CHEWED FOAM AWAY FROM COOPER PIPES ON THE OUTSIDE UNIT

if the water is coming from the cooling coil on the furnace or blower package, that means the drain line is plugged. put a wet vacuum on the end of the drain line for a few seconds, that should **** out any residual sediment collected in the drain trap or drain line. if your concerned about the water collecting on the line that is missing the insulation, that is only sweat from the humid air contacting the cold pipe (suction line)and doesn't pose any problem as long as the exposed line is outside. it would be a good idea to reinsulate the line to prevent the sweat and the refrigerant temp from getting too warm . the low gas temp in the suction line is what keeps the compressor motor windings cool and prevents it from overheating and burning up. Don't let the dogs **** on the condenser (outdoor unit) the urine will corrode the fins and you'll start loosing capacity due to higher discharge pressures.

Pipes are usually measured by what is known as ID and OD. ID simply stands for inside diameter while OD stands for outside diameter. If the pipe you have going to the converter is 2 1/4 OD you would need the converter to have a 2 1/4 ID in order for the pipe to fit properly inside and to assure good sealing with a 2 1/4 clamp. Or welding is always an option...either way same rules apply.

Electric heating elment.

Somewhat,

I have a ref. thermometer, round metal type I got a Wal-Mart that I check the dryer temp at the discharge. I bent the metal bottom so I can lodge it in the discharge pipe, turn the dryer on and watch the temp. Normally on high heat it will go up to 140-150 and cool down to 120-125 then cycle back on.

Can I wrap excess pump power cable around by discharge pipe

What motor's amp draw? What is the pipe material? If you can loop the wire back and forth and tie it to the discharge pipe with a wire tie you would be better off. I have seen a 110 volt electric smoker melt the power cord in a retractable shop light. A coil of romex without metal at the center will do the same thing.
