Turn breaker off to air handler for 10 seconds, then back on. Give time to initialize and see if error clears. If not go into technician access to diagnostics. I believe in there you will find summary table. SUMMARY TABLE is what you need. Whatever is "offline" is the problem. Delete that item and go from there.

Trane XL850 error code 177.40 what does it mean?

It's an 'emergency shut down' and can only be cleared by cycling power. Looks like from the description that the heat pump is trying extra hard to keep up. You MIGHT could prevent this by going to AUX heat which would turn on your heat strips. I think.
There's more to the error code.
Here's the PDF. It's on page 22.

Rocada xphone using tmobile cannot receive tzones or video/audio

good news i can solve this problem. this is what you do. ready? first call tmobile (611) when you reach a customer rep ask for (data support). from there tell them what kind of phone you have and tell them you need them to send tmobile settings to your phone they may do it or they may redirect you either way your on your way. then once they do that download the settings on your xphone when that is done go to your tzone profile on your xphone and change (http) to (wap) and then you should be able to access tzone. this work for me and i have tzone on my rocada gold xphone. now they may tell you they have multipal settings so if the first dont work tell them to send another one. there you have tzone on aw rocada xphone.

check the pressue switch and make sure that nothing is in the fan that would cause it to not draw. I have seen water inside of them at times due to the high efficentcy of the units. let me know if this does not solve it please.
