one possible way of solve this problem is remove ur nero and install latest version of nero........... if this option is not fix the problem means defenetly that is lense problem.. so give one service to ur drive u will get the solution........ okeeeeeeee........... bye......!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loading XP back on isn't the problem, it will be the chipset drivers that you will need for your onboard graphics, sound etc... before you format and load XP back onto your laptop contact Toshiba for the chipset drivers for your laptop.
If XP is causing you problems, why no repair the verison you already have on there? If you put the XP disk in when given the choice to press enter to install or 'R' for repair. Press R. It will replace any corrupted files to your system with new ones.

If you did not go to Start/Settings/Control Panel and deleted it from there....You can try the following....
1. Go to the desktop trashcan and see if the icons for the
software is there. If it is highlight rightclick and select restore.
2. Launch Windows Explorer, select the C: drive if it asks for
permission to display the contents say yes or ok.

if this problem apperared then how much time spent you by use your cd/dvd rw i give you one suggest if you have cd writer+dvd rom then buy a dvd writer it can works or if you have already a dvd writer then check your region settings for check region settings go to my computer properties and after open properties. Go to Hardware then go to device manager and then go to properties of your drive then select the nation where you live then try it can work i think
