Sounds like either a stuck relay or stuck contactor. Not a difficult fix if you have right part. Turn power off and locate how high voltage gets to the heat strip. If there is a black box on a circuit board than it would be that whole piece.

I just installed this unit and can not get the blower to run

Seriously depends on what unit you have. Model # & serial #? You can "jump" R to G at the unit. If its a standard Goodman AHU there may be a terminal block or just some wires that were factory installed outside of the unit. R to G will send 24v to the blower relay, sequencer or board (depending on model) energizing the relay and then returning to common. If you have tried that you should ensure you have proper line voltage 220-240vac. at the service breakers on the AHU.

Goodman model pcb024075-1 induce motor not coming on when i set the thermostat to heat and bump it up to 80? what should i check

Use multimeter and check for 24 volt on white to common on thermostat wqualified Hire on outside unit. If no 24 volt here, you have a problem with the thermostat or a connection in route to unit. If you do have 24 here, your problem is on the control board or with the controls. You will have 3 or 4 safeties that may have opened. If these safeties have an open, the furnace control will not allow unit to start until safeties are closed. The one that is often is called the flame rollout which often trips when over temperature is detected. On most there is a push reset switch on the back of it. Anything associated with the safety switches require a HVAC tech to check out and find out the cause.
Hope this helps

If I remember correctly, there are dip switches on that control board that can be set individually. It is possible that it is just a setup issue. The switch positions should be explained in the installation instructions. I know that some Goodman and Amana two stage furnaces can be controlled by a single stage thermostat, but the dip switches have to be set properly. If the switches are set correctly the furnace will run in low stage heat for approximately 5 minutes and if the thermostat hasn't satisfied yet, it will kick in to high stage heat. I hope this points you in the right direction!

1 posible cause.the thermostat supplies 24 volts to the outside unit to control the contactor if you hear a ligth huming on the outside unit this is the being activated. if this is the case then
check to see if any ants are in or around the unit see video, they will usually climb to dry areas before during or after a storm and for some reason they like the contactor if this is the case cut all power to the unit and clean contactor spray the area around the unit with an insecticide ( not the contactor) replace cover and test unit. Does the blower indoors run and move air? if not it would mean that you don't have power to the furnace.
The 24 volt transformer in the furnace is used to power the thermostat and the control circuit on the A/C unit outdoors. Or you could have blown a fuse on the computer board in the furnace.
If this has helped please rate me, and If you need more help, give me some more info.
Thanks,
Paul

Goodman package- no heat below 30 degrees outside

I believe the unit you are describing is a heat pump. Heat pump are great when the temperature isn't below 30 With low ambient temps. outside it is much more efficient and comfortable to run aux. electric heat from the heat pump.

Keeps blowing the fuse.

In more rare scenarios the 24v activated fan relay that is soldered to the circuit board can cause this same problem. I agree with Therinnaiguy, If the fuse is blown 90+% of the time there is a short in the 24 volt control system.
