Question about Computers & Internet
I assume the computer is your home computer or laptop, the account is from your bank, electricity provider, telephone company, etc; I also assume that you have internet connection?
You MUST have an internet connection to see your statement. A computer alone does not allow this.
Then you can access the statement from the provider (telephone, electric, etc;) and access your account.
You then go to their web page and log-in. This usually requires your account number and password.
You MUST have the account number for your provider service and you MUST have set up your own password.
I hope this helps.
