Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

IPad to element hdmi monitor

Depending on which kind of iPad you have, you will need a Lightning to HDMI adapter (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD826ZM/A/lightning-digital-av-adapter?fnode=3a) for a newer iPad with a Lightning connector or a 30-pin to HDMI adapter (http://store.apple.com/us/product/MD098ZM/A/apple-digital-av-adapter) for older iPads. After that, just plug a regular HDMI cable into the TV and adapter.

I was given Netflix (stream-in) for a gift, but can not get it to come onto our tv. Please help.

Your TV must be a 'smart' TV i.e. it should have software enabling it to connect to the internet and access features such as Netflix. If you don't have a 'smart' TV then you can purchase a set top box which can be connected to your TV and will allow you to access on-line services such as Netflix. If you have a 'smart' TV then you still need to connect it to your internet router, either with an Ethernet cable or via WiFi if the TV has WiFi built in (or you can buy a WiFi adapter for the TV). If you connect with an Ethernet cable then the TV will connect to your router (and internet) with no further setup. If you use WiFi then you will need to access the WiFi settings menu on the TV and configure the settings for your router.

Hp laptop not connecting to buffalo wireless router

does your laptop have the same type of wifi card? alot of people make this mistake over and over. all routers transmit at different frequences, you must make sure your wifi card accepts the same as the router. for example, if your router is a 802.11g, your laptop has to be a "g" aswel, modern wifi cards can take 3 or more different ones. the older the laptop is then the older the wifi card is, may need upgrading.

has your laptop connected to it or other routers before? check your wifi settings and make sure the routers wifi setting is turned to ON, you can gain access to the routers main settings byconnecting the router to your laptop via an ethernet cable, going to start, control panel, network and internet, right click your router and click properties, write down the I.P address it gives you on screen, then open internet exlorer, and type the I.P address you wrote down, press enter. you should now have access to all the main settings. hope this helps

HAVE LOST THE WIFI ICON CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET

Ensure that the notebook is connected to the mains electricity -> Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore -> Restore my computer to an earlier time -> select a highlighted date on the Calendar to the left and an event in the Event Schedule to the right, that both predate/precede the loss of your WiFi connection -> Restore -> Allow system to restart on completion of restoration -> do not interrupt any part of the restore/restart process -> test launch your web browser -> www.adobe.com -> download and install the latest versions of Flash Player, Macromedia Shockwave and Adobe Air -> restart computer -> test launch browser again -> test ITV iPlayer.
Advice for the future: - it is always better to download upgrades directly from the source websites rather than from Pop Ups. Third Party sites often contain downloads that are either older than the program you are trying to update, incompatible with your Operating System or Web Browser version or are simply corrupt files that do not necessarily consist all the necessary elements to install the upgrade successfully. Pop Ups can also be a gateway for viruses, masquerading as something beneficial to disguise any potentially detrimental impact.

I have got Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 which worked fine with my old computer on Windows XP, but now I have loaded it on the new computer it keeps coming up and saying there is a compatability error. I can...

You can try this "Make older programs run in this version of Windows" using the "Program Compatibility troubleshooter" in Win 7 -> LINK

If it does not work, then you need a newer version 8.

Hope it helps.

How to use internet on psp

Fully charge your PSP. Using WiFi requires a lot of battery power.

Verify that you have access to a router or HotSpot. If your router is password protected, then be sure you know what the password is. Be aware that some public WiFi access point are incompatible with the PSP.

Update your PSP's firmware to the most current version. Newer versions of the firmware have better Internet features than older versions.

Turn on the WiFi switch on your PSP. On older PSP models this switch is located on the left side of the device. On newer models, it is located on the top of the device.

Select the Internet icon from the PSP's main menu.

TO START BROWSING

Look at the screen once the browser loads. By default it will load the Sony webpage. You can set your own homepage later.

Use the analog stick to control the mouse cursor. The "X" button is equivalent to clicking the mouse.

Use the circle button to reject a choice or to disconnect from the Internet.

Press the triangle button to bring up the address bar at the top of the screen and the options bar at the bottom of the screen. Selecting the address bar, or any place on a webpage that requires text entry will automatically bring up the virtual keyboard screen from which text may be entered.

Choose the icons along the options bar at the bottom of the screen to change settings, set a new homepage or access other browser features such as browsing history, bookmarks or help. Tool tips will help you identify the features you are looking for.
