It appears to be an indication that someone has tampered with it, or there is a fault. You need to contact your provider and they will give you a code or reset it.

Are you sure it is a spanner? Some washing machines have a safety Child lock feature that appears on the Display as a key shape.

A spanner usually means the vehicle is due for a service.

Where is a he jam occur? Is it from upper or lower roller? Explain it well

It could be an Immobilizer fault, if the spanner /car light comes on.
If you have a spare key, try it
A Flashing spanner light normally means immobiliser fault hence the non-start. The spanner light left might just be an indication that it has stored the "wrong transponder" code.
Opel will have to clear this but you might need a CIM as well that is the bit that reads the key to allow it to start.
Try the spare key if you have one

On 1.7 DTi models, a defective solenoid in the pump can cause failure of the ECU due to excessive current draw causing components to burn out. but this *should* cause other fault codes to appear.

You need to carry out the periodical car service due (e.g. engine oil & filter, air filter, fuel filter, cabin air filter). The "service" spanner symbol "reset" button is placed on the lower right corner of the dashboard. See picture below:


Then you should reset the "service" spanner symbol by pressing on the "reset" button on dashboard, when ignition key is in OFF position. Hold the button pressed and turn ignition key in ON position. Hold the button pressed and see on the dashboard successive numbers will appear: "10", "9", "8", ... , "1", "0". Then release the button and switch OFF the ignition key. The "service" spanner symbol followed by "20000 km" (or "30000 km" depending of the engine type), will appear for few seconds after turning ignition key in ON position, and will dissapear after engine starting. The car service due was reseted.

Press the clear and 8 keys at the same time. The service code will appear in the corner of the screen. Report back with the code and we can diagnose from there.

bear wit me this is a long process
1 must be in neutral
2 with the key off press and hold the yellow override button for 10 seconds
3with it still held, turn the key on then let go of the button (v2.something will appear)
4 use the yellow button till the wrench and hour glass appear on the same page
5hold the button down untill OFF appears
6wait a few seconds and turn the key off
