a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Resistor Values
I'm not sure if Akai has made any of the sets that carry their name; some have come from Samsung and others purportedly by Funai but when I have tried to find service information on given models, it has been a dead end regardless of who made it.
The true manufacturers refuse to recognize model numbers assigned by Akai.
If you had just burned resistors, I might be able to help you but when missing, you're kind of stuck.

Its been a while since i worked on that power board. But I believe you are refering to the orange diode that runs into the single connector for the video board next to the power supply. I replaced mine with a 1n914 diode after replacing the 2200uf lytic cap and the tv fired right up.

Once the voltage the television is connected to is very high, there is a very high tendency that the board will blow again, and it might not be as soon as you replace the board.
You will still have to replace the board, but you will try to get a board with higher capacitance on the capacitors. That way if exposed to higher voltage it wont get bad.
Also a tip is for you to get a step down transformer for your television or a stabilizer so as for the television not to be exposed to a very high current. That should help reduce the risk of having the board getting burnt again.
The screen only vents out once there is excessive heat in the unit and the fans in it are not working, then the screen can vent out.
Carefully assess all the boards on the television for any bad capacitors, like the ones that are swollen, it is not necessary for them to be bursted or smelly before they are bad, you just have to check for the ones that are already swollen.
Hope this information was helpful in solving the problem.

SOURCE: My LC-46LE620ut blew out R9137 on power supply board. Replaced resistor and then another component shorted out. Will replacing power supply board fix this problem? Where can I get a replacement power
Without seeing the board or the schematics, I can't say that replacing the power supply will fix your problem. There could be a short external to the power supply that is causing your problem. You can buy replacement parts from
Shopjimmy.com or Ebay.com
There are a few decent parts sellers on Ebay who actually offer warranties
