When i turn it on with memory card in the keypad works but phone freezes,but if i take it out the phone stays on longer but the keypad dont work

First of all remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Use a hair dryer to warm up the battery compartment so as to warm up the set lightly. Now replace only the battery after about 15 minutes back into the phone and switch on. If the phone boots up and comes alive with the pad working, then reset phone to factory settings, connect your phone to PC to have a virus scan . Also now have your memory card scanned for virus, remove files and format.

Also if you can open the set to check for moisture or fault on the key pads and the front panel- printed circuit board. There cane problems with circuit breaks if moisture is seen due to corrosion.
If however the fault stays then you might have to contact the authorised Service to estimate.

sir updating your phone software may fix this problem or just hard reset your phone hard reseting code is *#7780# put this code on your phone`s keypad.if this doesnt works try this format code *#7370# put this on your keypad it will format your phone........and your phone work good......

Did you insert the memory card in the right direction? Well, I would suggest you to try to reformat your memory card then insert it on your phone. Next time try to use the USB cable tp connect it to your pc.

kindly change you mobile software to prevent any more problems of the case you have mentioned

i had the same problem. so i try whatever i can
- i remove battery, put it back on, turn the phone back on. seems like it works for 3-5 minutes and freeze again
- i remove sim (only ),memory card still in there, and turn the phone back on..let it sit with no sim. and 3 minutes later it freeze again
- i remove sim, remove micro sdhc, reset the phone , the phone automatic restart..it woks... it never freeze ( no sim+ no memory card )
- i put the sim back on, no memory card, turn the phone back on and it works!!!!!!! i try these 2-3 times without memory card. works normal!!!
so..i think its a memory card issue. may be the phone doesn't like it. i have 2gb. kingston. or i have to buy a new card again.
for now its still working without freeze up for shut down by itself.

some phone cant support that much memory if it is saving on the mem card and that what your having troubles with try a lower memory sd card

Format the memory card on the computer. You must have an memory card reader. And also format your cellphone.

The problem could be the memory card. Try and remove the memory card and if the phone is normal the memory card is dead. I do not know of any means of retrieving your lost data. Sorry.

the memory card can stay in 24/7, mine does because the internal phone memory is only 16 mb ,-not many songs, but the card can hold much more.

I really dont like the ttyn - am quite dissapointed with it! should have gone for the N95 8GB instead - more user friendly and has its own comaptible version of MS progs.... oh well maybe next time eh
