Does anyone have a service manual for a Fisher and Paykel washing machine? Gw612. I have the second and seventh light come up but dont know what the code is for?

Oeinnz,
According to the manual that I have, which is for different models so it might not be the same problem, it says something about a Pressure transducer frequency out of range(>90kHz). The primary source is the motor controller and the action listed is to replace the motor control module. I did find another updated manual and it has the same info, so it looks like you need to replace the motor control module.

Needs Service code 136

136. (10001000) Motor Stall
The Motor Control Module has been unable to start the motor. Possible causes of this fault
are: Faulty motor harness, faulty or jammed motor, seized bearings or seals, faulty Motor
Control Module, faulty Rotor Position Sensor or harness.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Measure/check the motor harness, connectors and motor for
discontinuity. This can be done by taking a resistance measurement
between phases of the motor harness at the Motor Control Module
end. Nominal resistance should be around 32Ohms.
Secondary Source: Motor.
Action: 1) Check free rotation of the agitator and basket by rotating by hand.
Bearings and seals may be seized.
2) Check the Rotor Position Sensor and associated harness for
water, mechanical damage or corrosion.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.
Action: If the primary and secondary checks pass inspection, then replace
the Motor Control Module.

My gw 609 when filling with water only has short bursts for about 15 seconds then two green wash and one amber rince lights start flashing with beeping every second power button wont work hav to turn off...

yeah i actually had one of these today when i was out in the field, had this exact same problem and have only come across it once before, the first time it turned out to be the RPS sensor (rotor position sensor) and a motor control module but there is no way way to check it unless you own an RPS tester but the one i had today turned out to be the motor control module (main control board), id start with a new board they cost around 160 bucks new, try not to use second hand electronics as fisher and paykel have 100s of different software versions on 100 different boards all for the same range and the chances of you getting the correct one without a parts finder and superseding list is very slim, that and second hand electronics are a bad idea as they are very sensitive and usually don't last very long compared to a new one, if you have any questions get back to me

How can I find a repair manual for my Fisher paykel GWL11 washer. I want to replace the controller, but owner's manual contains no parts listing or diagrams.

Careful! Fisher Paykel does not warrant their parts for even 1 day! I received a "new" control board from them once which did not work. Their comment to me was " It worked fine when it left here". That was the last F&P repair I ever did.
