SOURCE: How to heat a bone in spiral ham
You could heat it on low power in the microwave at about 50% power for about 10 minutes, let it sit for a few minutes, check the temp around the bone, and do it again for another 2 minutes at a time until it gets to whatever temp you prefer. If you do use the roaster, put a cup of water in the pan, cover the ham, and heat at about 300 for about 30 minutes. If you want a little variety, instead of water you could pour a cup of Coke or pineapple juice over the ham, then cover and heat as noted above.

SOURCE: Cooking with metal probe not
Unfortunately when the metal probe was inserted in the ham it caused the magnetron to arc to the probe causing it to short out, but usually the thermal fuse will open and shut the system down preventing damage. It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes for the fuse to reset and allow the microwave to run, try heating water! if you are lucky the oven is unharmed. But if there no change the magnetron will need to be replaced which probably would not be cost effective, cheaper to buy new unit.

Testimonial: "Thanks...very helpful...."
Yes It can be, the textures will keep on changing the more you do it.
It is preferable that you divide any cooked or uncooked food to the portions that can be consumed in one time, before freezing, this will maintain a better taste and texture.

common cause of water boiling over when you cook pasta is if you cook it with
the lid on the pot. Don't cover pasta fully with a lid. Either cook it uncovered
or if you are in a hurry to cook it quicker, just partially cover the pot.
Also make sure you don't overfill the pan with water as this is another cause of overboiling.
