Keurig will give you a 20 dollar credit on a new purchase. The machine cannot be disassembled for repair without destroying the plastic case.

Cannot prime

I have the same unit. You need to descale it. Get a bottle of white vinegar (not the small bottle, the next size up). Unplug your Keurig. Empty out the water receptacle and flip your unit over in the sink to remove any residual water in your unit (I even shake mine a little to loosen up whatever is stopping it from priming. Fill the water receptacle to the top with white vinegar. Plug in the Keurig and turn it on. Cycle the unit (lift the lever, close it, push the button) and fill a cup with heated vinegar. Pour the cup out and continue until all the vinegar is gone, then fill the receptacle and keep doing this (I do it until the receptacle has emptied itself at least 3 times). If your Keurig will not allow you to cycle through this then the problem is internal with the pump. Call Keurig. If you are in your warranty period they will replace.

Won't prime

The water pump system is not primed properly. Remove the water tank while the pump is running and put back a couple of times. If not working, when the power is off, using a straw, blow air through and try to **** through the water port at the bottom of Keurig. Plug the water tank again in and start the system. It will take some time to prime, keep trying. There is nothing wrong with the machine, but the water pump circuit.

The Keurig is not dispensing any water when I hit the brew button. We have always been descaling the unit since we received this second keurig machine. Please help in solving the Keurig problems with...

the air pump in the machine might be locked up. if it is you will have to take the machine apart, not fun, and locate the air pump behind the water tank. take the pump apart and try to turn the pump manually until it moves freely. good luck

My B100 Keurig stopped pumping water

This is a very common problem, just call Keurig tech support. Explain the problem and they will send you a replacement unit and you get to keep you old partially functional unit. I bought mine in December 2009 and I'm on my 3rd unit already. They keep having the same pump issue and Keurig just keeps sending me replacement units. Their customer service is great, but I'm beginning to question their quality control.
