Remove battery p55t-a5202

after you turn it off, unplug the adapter, close the display and turn it over. You will want to have a small jeweler's flat blade screwdriver, or similar, to pry out the 14 small rubber plugs from the screw holes. Then you'll need a #1 Phillip's-head screwdriver to remove the 14 screws. Carefully separate the bottom cover. There you will see the battery. It is plugged into J6001. It is held in by 4 screws and some wires that are taped/dressed to it.

How do you change the battery?

Most digital watches have screws holding the back on, you will have to get a mini phillips screwdriver available in most stores. Remove all four screws, inside there will be a plate over the battery this plate may come up one of two ways, a screw which will require a regular screwdriver not phillips but still very small or the other way is the small metal plate has a tab you lift up you will need a magnifier to see this tab, once you pop it up batter will slide out. The battery will probably be a lithium style battery available at most stores. NOTE: there may be more than one screw that has to be removed on battery plate and sometimes you have to remove one side of watchband to get back off!

How do I change out the batteries in my Sparco SPR02191 calculator

First a get cup or some sort of container to hold onto small parts.
Turn the calculator over on its back. You will need both a small phillips type screwdriver to remove the two small screws at the top. One that has been magnetized is best. Also you will need a small narrow bladed standard screwdriver to seperate the two halfs apart. Once you have removed the two screws and put them in a safe place it is time to open the case itself. Start near where one of the screws was and put the standard screwdriver in the groove between the halfs and gently start twisting it to pry the halfs apart. Work your way around the two halfs gently and slowly. There are plastic clips around the edge and they will slowly pop one after the other. Once you have the two halfs apart there is a small holder containing the battery. One side of the holder has a small gap. Slowly use your small standard screwdriver to push the battery gently though this gap from the far side. Mine had a GP189 button cell. You can go online and google 'GP189' and look for other rbatteries of this type. Same thing for putting the replacement battery back in. Just get it started with your fingers and push it in with the small standard screwdriver. If you don't have a small standard screwdriver a small dinner knife can be used to pry the halfs apart and anything small like that can be used to get the batteries in and out. Anything small of metal or bamboo comes to mind. As far as getting a new battery on the cheap try looking in 'Dollar Tree' type stores. If they don't sale the batteries themselves you can purchase a small generic calculator or any other small electronic and rob the battery from it. That's what I basically did in looking at other small calculators I already owned and robbing a battery from one of those. The very last step I took just before putting the calculator back together is noting the battery type and position and marking that on the back of the case with a fine tip sharpie.

Where is batter located and what size do you need?

The battery is inside the case under the logic board.
To get at you will need a very small phillips screwdriver and a very small prie tool (Spectical flat screwdriver will do).
1/ Place your unit screen down on a towel (Prevent scratching the screen)
2/ Remove the small rubber plugs on each corner. There are 4
3/ Remove the 4 small phillips head screws.
4/ Now the tricky bit with the prie tool or small flat head screwdriver. pop it into the sides
gently and pop out the locking tabs, work you way all around (there are two on each side).
Be gentle doing this as the electronics inside here are very delicate.
5/ OK now the back is loose you will need to unplug the speaker from the logic board. Now
the back can be completly removed.
6/ There are 2 screws holding the logic board in place 1 on the left 1 on the right. Remove them.
7/ Now on the side were you put your SD card in apply gental pressure to push out the plasic and at the same time lift out the logic board, remember to lift up the microphone at the top left.
8/ Wala theres your battery it is taped in place so gental pressure will be needed to lift it out
Unplug and replace rebuild is the reverse of stripdown.
Once you put it all back together you will need to charge it for at least 4 hours.
Good luck hope this helped you

Nintendo DS Lite Battery needs to be changed. How can I take off cover?

All you need is a small phillips screwdrive. Use this to undo the small screw and then the cover will come off. The battery is also very easy to take out, just be careful not to damage the pins inside when you remove the battery.

Hope this helps and thanks for using FixYa

TI BA II battery change How do I do this without ruining the calculator!

Turn off the calculator and turn it over with the back facing you. Using a small Phillips screwdriver, remove the four screws from the back cover. Carefully pry off the back cover. Using a small Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws from the metal battery cover and lift the cover off the battery. Tip the calculator slightly to remove the battery. Caution: Avoid contact with other calculator components. Install the new battery with the positive sign (+) sign down (not showing). Replace the battery cover and the screws that hold it in place. Align the screw holes in the back cover with those in the calculator, then snap the back cover onto the calculator. Replace the screws.

The battery is a CR2032.

Replace battery

OK, I just (11/29/09) replaced the battery on Conair TH301S glass scale. You will need a CR2032 (3V) battery, a small (P12) phillips screwdriver, a flat screwdriver and a small twiser (to hold small screws).
On a stable and clean surface (kitchen table, no kids around due to small screws) lay flat upside down the scale.
1) Remove all 6 phillips screws that hold the inner frame.
2) With the help of the flat screw driver unhoock each side of the inner frame (horse shoe shape)
3) Open slowly because there are 2 wires that connect the weight sensors and lay flat on the side.
4) There is an eletrical circuit beside the display, it is being held by 5 very small phillips screws (remove them)
5) The you will find underneath a small round black box held by 3 phillips screws. Remove them, open slowly the top cover and inside reside the battery, pop it up gently with the flat screw driver.
6) Replace the battery, reinstall the 3 screws.
7) Where the display stand, remove the 4 screws of the plastic cover. Slowly remove the cover and the LCD display itself (pay attention on how the display is installed).
8) Re install the circuit board with the 5 smaller screws
9) With a QTips and alcohol clean the contacts of the circuit board where the LCD dispaly sits. Sit in place the LCD display (it will touch the circuit from above) .
10) Place the plastic cover with the 4 screws.
11) re install the frame and put the 6 screws.
12) YOU HAVE DONE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Using a small phillips head screwdriver, remove the six small screws off the back. Be careful not to lose the small screws.
  2. Using a small straight head screwdriver, insert it into one of the two slots at the top of the calculator and twist. The top of the calculator should pop open.
  3. Remove the back of the calculator.
  4. Using the straight screwdriver, insert it below the bottom of the two silver batteries and pop the batteries out.
  5. Replace the batteries with two new GPA76 batteries.
  6. Replace the cover and isert the screws.
