ok try this just call you voice mail right now to do this, when you are talking on the phone turn the volume up by pressing the the button on the bottom left this should do this but in order to do it you have to be on the phone with somone.

YOu should send it to motorola and have them look at it. Then they should give you a price estimate on how much it will me to fix

The speaker of your cellphone is broken.
You must visit the store you bought it from to fix it for you.
Probably it will need to be replaced by a new one.
