Question about Washing Machines
depending on the model, your plastic ujoint union in between the motor and transmission may have cracked and broke, they are replaceable. put the machine on its side and look in between the motor and the transmission for the union, the motor has to come off. also might want to check the drain pump for an obstruction. sometimes baby socks will get sucked into them and will cause that. most drain pump housings are translucent , so you can see the inside. try turning the pump by hand, you should be able to turn it. hopefully one of those ideas will get you going.
