Only the entity that accepted your order can confirm it. If you ordered by webpage, the page sometimes offers a confirmation message. Some mail order suppliers offer tracking numbers. Some suppliers send an email message. Check the webpage for any contact details regarding the status of your order.

It is helpful to record the item number or order number if such is supplied for use in inquiries. Also, record identifyiing information such as brand, model, color, price. Supply if you can the date of the order. Be careful not to supply credit card details in any email at this point. Sometimes a website drops out before you complete an order so it is possible one was not received. Be certain if you are on the web, you have clicked a link that is not a fake page. For instance, you do not go to facebook if you click a blue link that says facebook but the website connected to the link listed below the link says www.fooledyouonce.com.

You might try emailing the company or calling them to confirm the order if you have such contact details. See if the company has a separate phone number for billing questions.

You will want to contact the customer service of the company/place which you ordered the e-book from. Typically, they will send you an email confirmation with your order number and how to contact them. If you did not receive a confirmation, you may have not completed your order, etc.

I would email ticket express and tell them the situation, and ask them if they could mail your ticket. Obiviously yahoo is having trouble with there email program.

Did you order it through the Ahead site? Follow the link below. You'll need your email and password to login. If you don't have a password just click on forgot my password and they'll give you a new one. Once you're in, find the link that says resend confirmation email. This should have your serial #. If you did not order from Ahead or this doesn't help (such as receiving another email without your serial # let me know and I'll be happy to help you all that I can.
