You can call att or apple to help but if u cant wait and u have a backup saved just turn it off hold the home button then connect the usb for the iphone and restore

The solution to your problem is to first connect your iPod to your computer. Let iTunes load (or open it) and navigate to your iPod's icon. You will need to hit the "Restore" option after backing up your music and data.
