Okay, have you adjusted your cold temp knob inside the fridge part? There are two switches one in the freezer and one in the fridge you will need to watch it day by day until the optimum temp setting has been achieved same goes for the freezer if it defrosts that is the exact point where your freezer is at best! It takes patience so be patient and your problem will be solved! Good luck and thanks again for using fixya.com
Me too, I have a Hotpoint Iced Diamond Under counter fridge that needs a new seal and i also cant see any fixings to remove it. I did read somewhere that you can't replace them you need to buy a complete new door.
home refrigerators are not dsigned to work in areas where the temps will drop below about 45 f to my knowledge there is no way to help wiht this problem.
Thx peyton
got a hot point iced diamond fridge/freezer, just got back off hols and red light on, all food defrosted with water running out of bottom. whats wrong?
the draining pipe is block with something, you can melt the ice with a hear drier or hot water, then put a wire true the pipe and after that, test the pipe again.
