there should be a volume button on your bluetooth, or you have turned your volume down on your phone, which is most likely, thats what i had done, crazy huh.

M100 bluetooth headset too low suddenly

you can get a voltmeter at any auto parts store that will test the output from your charger , and will also check the resistance out to the phones .. if the charger is charging to the stated voltage , and the batteries are not charged , they need to be replaced , their only good for 2--4 years , the chemicals , after time , lose ions in the charge/ discharge process. good luck..

Plantronics Voyager Pro - Just over 1 year old, nicely charged up and matched to my NOkia 5130c. 'Suddenly, someone calls me while i am driving - cant hear them - - phone display shows connected. ...

Aye, laddy, you've done all that's humanly possible to make it work with no success (I'm a doctor, Jim, not a miracle worker!*). Yer only recourse is to get Plantronics to replace it. You mention "just over 1 year old." If yer within 12-13 months, call Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty replacement.

Continuos (3) beep beep beep when voyager pro is turned on

Triple tones are usually associated with the battery having a very low charge. You should be getting approximately 5-6 hours of talk time and 5 days of stand by time from a single charge. If you are not, then the internal battery may be going out. The battery is hard wired and is not replaceable, however the headset does have a one year warranty from Plantronics and they will replace it within the warranty period.

Even though the volume is turned all the way up on both my cell phone and on my plantronics 220,both fully charged,I can barely hear any type of call. whether its a given or recieved call.

Try to delete the bluetooth from the phone, and re-pair it or subscribe back on the phone. It may be that your headset is old and needs to be replaced. If this does not work look at the Plantronics M100 bluetooth headset.

I have included the users guide for the Plantronics Explorer 220 headset.
