Go to your doctors and get a diabetic test kit prescription from your chemist / pharmacist
they will supply you with a test kit and test needles
using the machine supplied
pierce the skin of a finger and put the machine sensor on the blood and check the reading on the screen
make sure that you get all the sheets from your doctor as sugar levels are critical and should only be done with a doctors knowledge
if you are in a country that doesn't have a diabetic support system, work more closely with your treating doctor

I am a female aged 55 and weigh 80kg. Is a blood sugar level of 10.5 normal?

Remember that fasting normal level is between 4.5-6. If this is a fasting level, this is abnormal. It is possible to have post-prandial levels approaching this and return to normal within a specified time.
I would talk to a doctor and get some further testing done to determine how best to respond to this level.

Give me blood sugar levels

They vary throughout the day. For someone without diabetes, a fasting blood sugar on awakening should be under 100 mg/dl. Before-meal normal sugars are 70-99 mg/dl. "Postprandial" sugars taken two hours after meals should be less than 140 mg/dl. What Is Normal Blood Sugar Level Diabetes Self Management

Ggt levels how to lower

You should make some changes in your regular diets and do more exercises. By the way, cutting down on sugar in coffee and fried foods by eating lots of vegetables can bring great results. In addition, you had better drink plenty of water per day and perform some exercises (walking or running) from 30 minutes to an hour for better outcome. Let's have your ggt level tested frequently so that you can make sure that the level remains stable.

Hope this helps!

I want to know the normal average of my blood glucose in ascencia contour.

The first thing to do is to get the ascencia contour strips then plug it to the meter. It has a sip-in action that accepts a tiny blood sample into the strip. The result of your blood glucose will appear at the screen. You must look for patterns in your blood sugar readings and vary the times that you test. Consider testing 2 hours before and 2 hours after the first bite of your meal. You must perform this each meal to learn how your body is reacting to your food, exercise, medications and etc. You can also test your blood glucose at bedtime or even at the next morning to see what occurs overnight when you are not eating for several hours. this is fasting blood sugar. By doing these, you can compare the results of your blood glucose level and you can also know the normal level of your blood glucose.
