Question about GPX MW3837 MP3 Player
When i plug it to the charger it will display that its charging but when i unplug it then it won't turn on
You have your mp3 on hold at the top switch the hook to unlock that should work

Mine worked the night i got it charged it and put the music on it and waited till the next day to unhook it from my laptop. did the logical thing and fliped the switch up to on and pushed play it said hold and good bye! then the damn thing locked up and would not turn on try reseting it and holding in differn't buttons nothing. so i took mine apart and crossed the neg. and possitive from the battery and then it worked hope this helps people. and make sure not to turn on leave off and just hold in the play buttion.

Don't flip the switch to on. Just leave it in the down position and hold the middle button and it will turn on.

If your laptop works fine while plugged in but stops working while unplugged it's likely that either your laptop battery is bad or your laptop is not charging the battery properly.
Below are steps that can be taken to help identify the cause of this issue.
Leave power plugged in
Make sure the computer has been charging from the power plug for at least two hours before attempting to unplug it.
Remove and reconnect battery
In some situations the battery can become loose.
Removing it and then put it back into the laptop.
Use a third-party battery utility to determine the total capacity of the battery. For example, BatteryCare is a free software utility capable of doing this.
Replace battery or AC adapter
If your computer is still in warranty we suggest skipping to the next step.
If the above steps have been completed, we suggest replacing the battery in the computer or AC adapter. In most situations it's a bad battery.
