Most likely it is a control panel failure

also,there might be a problem with your cicuit breakers,it sounds like you are only getting half of the 220 volts.

Chec electrical panel box look for the one marked stove place breaker too. Off position wait 30sec then push to the on position if not marked look for the breaker with the switch sitting in the middle not on or off but rite in the middle. If u find it reset it like it says to up dare

The beep is an alarm! Something in the panel, is shorted or jammed, or ann electric heating element is not making good contact or the oven door switch is showing the door open (bad switch). Good luck...

check the circuit breaker on your electrical panel to see if it has tripped.
If you can move the oven, make sure it is plugged in. if it is, try unplugging it and plugging a lamp in. If it lights up, contact an appliance repair shop.

Unfortunately this seems to be a problem with several of the jenn air models. I have replaced quite a few and have also talked to thier tech line for servicers and they don't have anything else to offer other than replacing the control board. Each time I ran across one I found no other problems and I tested everything. If you replace 3 times you can usually get them to give you a new one.

The control panel has a flat ribbon cable that plugs into the relay module. The ribbon is actually two ribbons pressed together. The plastic insulation has a defect, and the leads between the two ribbons cross. You can seperate them easily by lifting them apart. Place a piece of paper between them to act as an insulator.
