Don't know, but be careful..........older furnaces get more dangerous as they age. Make sure you have a Carbon Monoxide and smoke alarm between it and your bedroom . Get a qualified person to check it out. don-ohio

Do I need a outside cooling unit for a Coleman 7900 Presidential lll gas heat and cooling unit

Yeah, youd have to look at the model on the Indoor coil box, furnace will be setting on top of it. Youll need the model off that coil box to get the correct tonnage of the outdoor condensing unit, you can go 1/2 ton smaller on outdoor for greater efficiency.

My trailer furnace is a coleman DGAA. everything seems to be running good except cool air is cming through vents. takes a long time to get my olace warm.

1 of 2 things, 1, check calibration to match control amperage, 2, check fan switch, but if you have ever changed the thermostat it more then likely your calibration. GARRANTEED

My dryer is taking forever to dry clothes. Very damp and a lot of condensation when I open the dryer. It's model # MDE508DAYW

Good day,
Sounds like the vent system is badly blocked, the blower wheel has stripped off it's shaft, or there is a lot of lint in the blower wheel/lint screen area.
1. Remove the vent hose and see if your getting air moving thru smarty. Maytag moves a lot of air. If O.K. test dryer with vent off for performance. Clean or replace vent hose as needed.
2. Blower wheel sheared on it's shaft. You have to remove the front panel to see if the wheel is loose. Old version had 2 screws on the bottom of the front panel. Remove, disconnect door switch wires and remove. New style (no screws on bottom) requires a putty knife forced on each corner of where the top meets the front. About an 1 1/2 inch in from the edge. Force in, releasing clip, and pulling the top of the front panel toward you. Lift off.

Should the blower wheel be bad, replace but make sure the area between the blower wheel and door filter are cleaned.

What to do with exhaust pipe to close to house and freezing up door and house. exhaust pipe comes out of the wall from furnace in basement 12inches and on this pipe is a tee vented on the top and the...

Best solution is to put a reducer instead of the tee this is recomended by some companies to increase velocity of exiting gases. If you increase the length this will have a affect of icing in the pipe. Try the reducer if its 2" reduce to 1 1/2" or 3" reduce to 2"

Replacing filter on coleman furnace L8T

The bottom panel should either pop out of lift up. They can get a little stuck so you may need to use a screwdriver or similar tool. As long we''re talking about these units, see this link:

Heater flashes 3 times says it means combustion switch failed to close

Combustion switch is your vent safety.. Check your vents outside for blockage, sometimes the intake pipe will freeze or frost up not allowing the preassure switch(vent safety)to close. putting furnace into a lock out.. you can reset the furnace by turning the power on and off.. if there is no power switch just remove the bottom door and reinstall...
