D3 says boiler external stb has tripped. Heating mode not possible.

If you look on the left hand side of the burner control module you'll see 4 capacitors - the capacitors have most likely failed...pretty sure anything code 76 is P/S failure. It may also be covered for manufactures defects. If the cap is blown..the top will be slightly raised as apposed to flat like the other nearby caps - they are called top blow capacitors...the damage should be evident.

hi ill try to help the fault is in the overheat cutoff fuse its the white overheat wire fuse that wraps around the heat exchanger disconnect the plug connector between the fuse wire and the control unit ! using a multimeter check the resistance through the fuse to see if its bad !if its bad check to find the cause ie .a leakage of flue gasses on the heatexchanger also check the black rubber seals located at the top and bottom of the heat exchanger also inspect the seal around the viewing window on the heat exchanger then call tec support and report leakage areas also for fuse replacement the only number for tec support i can find is 08006423111 i do hope this helps

boilers need a certain amount of water pressure to operate as specified--there may be a pressure regulator valve, allowing a certain amount of water to your boiler, and when water is drawn elsewhere, there may not be enough getting to the boiler---this is one possible solution, but there are easily 20 more, and that is where a trusted plumber is worth it's gold...very difficult to diagnose most plumbing problems without being onsite
