Defrost in the microwave and then place in a heated oven. Or if you have a convection microwave you can do it in the one action. Cheers

How do u set temperatures when baking

1. Ovens are different. There are with the lower heat, there is with the upper and lower (electrical). Accordingly, the paper should be placed where you bake a cake, that is, usually in the middle of the oven or higher (on a baking tray).
2. I think that on average the oven warms up to the desired temperature for 10-15 minutes. Again, since we need a baking temperature, reheat as usual for a pie.

I was given a frozen apple pie without a top crust-how do I bake it in an oven-what temp and do I cover it with foil?

Cover the edge of the crust with foil and bake at 350F until the crust is golden brown, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

My oven is not baking properly. The tops of banana bread and cinnamon rolls are browned and bottoms still soggy.

It's possible the lower bake element is not working. If the oven takes a long time to come up to temperature, that's a good indication that a baking element (bottom, broil element is on top) is bad.

I made an apple pie and froze it. How do I bake it now?

Bake it, frozen, at 350F. Keep an eye on it, let it cook until the juice comes out the holes in the top crust, cover the edges with foil if they're getting too brown.

It'll take close to an hour, stick with it and it'll be nice.

Don't thaw it before putting it in the oven, it'll make the crust gummy.

Whirlpool oven accubake system

I have a whirlpool accubake wall oven. Half-way through baking a pie ,unknown to me, the oven went to the self-clean mode , the door locked and the pie started to burn. I tried to turn the oven off but it would not cut off. I immediately ran to the house's main power and turned off the oven breaker. I waited for a short time to let the oven cool enough to open the door and get the burned pie out, then went back to turn my breaker back on and the oven (even though in the off mode) started heating again with the bottom unit turning red again. I had to then go back and pull the power. We tried this several times trying to push the off button but the oven will not go off until we throw the breaker. Help please!
