Inside keyboard stopped working here. Only the END/PWR button works, actually. I can turn the phone on/off by pressing it. If I click on this button quickly, the keyboard keys light up, but that all it does. I cannot use any functions, nor type anything. When I click any other key on the inside keyboard, no lights come on either. I think the problem started after I reset the phone to factory settings. I also deleted some apps that the previous owner had installed.
Please let me know if you have found a solution to this problem. Thanks,

This isn't really a solution but just my advice: regardless of whether it's a problem with the phone or the software, you'd have to either take it to a Verizon Wireless location to have them try and fix it (which is highly unlikely) or call up tech support. To me it sounds like some kind of software problem because it's highly unlikely that BOTH the inside & outside end/pwr buttons would be broken but ALL the other buttons on the phone work just fine. Most likely, as long as the phone hasn't been mishandled, ex.:dropped in water or on the ground, they will probably send you a "certified like new" phone in the same color/style as long as it's in stock, and then you will have to send back your phone. My one question is this: if you are not in a call but go into, say, your pictures folder or your contacts, and then push the end/pwr button, will it work then and take you back to the main screen or does it just completely not work at all in any fashion? Good luck!
Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the
Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the
keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try
pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard. Try typing, should work okay.
Also to Rest/Connect the mouse, turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button
on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to
the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button
and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you
change batteries or glitch. Hope this
