Likely corrupted or wrong drivers. Uninstall printer and reinstall downloading the most current driver from Lexmark Website.

Lexmark pro 205 printing a blank page before a document


If you're using Windows, try to follow these steps to fix the problem.
  1. Start menu > Printers & Faxes > Lexmark Pro200 Series Properties window pops up > go to Advanced tab > Printing Defaults.
  2. The Lexmark Pro200 Series Printing Preferences window pops up > go to Advanced tab > More Options > under Suppress Blank Pages, enable "Enable blank page suppression"
  3. Save the setting.
  4. Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

Please follow the steps on to properly Uninstall Lexmark Printers from your computer. After the uninstallation process is done, reboot pc when prompted.
When pc turns on, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit. On your computer, go to Start menu > right-click on Computer > Properties. Take note of the System Type.

When the installation process is successful, try to print a document to verify that the problem is fixed.

I want to clear the que. I tried to print a page and it will not print. It has remained in que for two days. I have tried to cancel it, didnt work. I unplugged the printer and usb cable, it still did...


If you are using windows operating system than go to Printer and Faxes, Double click on the printer icon. A window with printing document que will appear, click on "Printer" and select "cancel all documents" and then switch off the printer for few minutes. the document que will disappear.

DOCUMENTS FOR PRINTING DON'T GO INTO A PRINT QUEUE


If you mean that when you go to print a document it doesn't hang in the Windows print queue and leaves quickly, then it is because either the printer has grabbed the document into its memory or it has sent the document to what it thinks it another printer. It might also be that the drivers you are using are not set correctly or that the connection to the printer is incorrect.

Printing with generic cartridges

Lexmark cannot assure the excellent print quality and reliability of its inkjet cartridges after a cartridge has been refilled. Using incompatible inks in an attempt to extend the life of a genuine Lexmark cartridge beyond its recommended usage can cause failures in several different areas of the printer. Inkjet cartridges and printer failures caused by refilling or a third party ink are not covered by your Lexmark printer Warranty, Extended Warranty or Service Agreement.

Please use genuine Lexmark cartridges for best results.

When printing documents from my PC documents always sent to queue


Go to control panel, printers. Set your defaults there. You probably have spooling enabled. Uncheck it and your print job will go to the printer, rather than to spooling. Spooling is like rolling the print job up on a spool until the whole thing is processed, then unwinding it to the printer.

Lexmark 1100 not printing the second document


Have you tried printing without spooling?

Disable the spooling feature to see if this still happens.

Right-click printer then click Properties. On the Advanced tab of the printer Properties windows, Select Print directly to the printer.
Click Apply.

You may notice that printing from an application may be slower; however, the point in doing this is to find out if the spooler is causing the issue by bypassing it completely when printing.

I don't know if you used the CD that comes with the printer or if you downloaded drivers from the Lexmark site but you might want to double check the drivers that you're using with the most current and appropriate drivers for your printer. Also make sure that all cable connections are snug.

Problem printing a word document


Go to the printers folder & right click on the printer icon & select properties, under advanced click on print processer & change it to Winprint & Ntemf 1.008 & then try printing
