How do I view my tax forms

Sorry, I don't see enough information to answer this question. But in general if you used any kind of online service to file your taxes they are also likely to have a copy of your taxes available if you signon to the same URL.
If that doesn't help you need to contact whoever it is you filed your taxes through to get a copy of the filing.
I know that both HR Block and TurboTax keep copies of the information. If you have used a "file for free" service I am less certain that they will keep a copy or let you have access to a copy. When I filed for free using Turbotax I specifically printed off a copy of my tax forms because they said I wouldn't have access to them otherwise. When I have paid Turbotax they have kept a copy of my taxes. And I know that HR Block makes every effort to keep old tax filings.

I completed my 2010 taxes last week, but did not submit to the IRS. Yesterday could not even open Turbotax - or run Turbotax. Have no idea where my completed tax work is! I'm resigned to spending 3h...

You can shutdown your computer and turn it back on,and log back in again. Click on start and all program, and turbo tax to see if it works. Your tax work file should still in in turbo tax folder in your C drive. Try shutdown and turn it back on first to see and let me know, and we can go from there.
Thanks

Getting error messages when trying to load the cd on my computer running windows xp. error message is 1334 and avg firewall comes out with a trojan virus. Is my cd bad, can it be replaced? I have been...

Hello sharon! My name is Kandi and I am an Expert with Fixya and also an Employee of Intuit. I troubleshoot TurboTax and supervise agents who handle customer service calls. I am very familiar with the error that you are talking about and it has nothing to do with your TurboTax disk. In order to install your disk, you need to remove your AVG virus software and reinstall it later when your finished filing your taxes. There is a problem with the older versions of AVG thinking that TurboTax is a virus and it will block the installation of the program. Go to your control panel, and remove AVG completely. Reboot your pc. Run disk cleanup (Start, programs, system tools & click on disk cleanup) and check all available boxes when asked. Then run disk defrag (located in the same place as disk cleanup as noted above). Then put your TurboTax disk back in your pc and try to install again. If you cannot get the disk to install, you can reach us for customer support by going to www.turbotax.intuit.com. Click on the support link and then move all the way down almost to the bottom of the page and look for the box on the right side that says "Contact us". Choose the option that best describes your problem and it will forward you to your choice of contact method (we have chat email and phone service all available at no charge to you). We are open from 5am until 9pm pst.

(prd.ini, startup) re-install -- is an error message that I received when I installed Turbotax Home & Business for 2010. Please let me know if you have any additional thought. Working with Turbotax...

For me, this seemed to be an issue with the PRD.INI.SIGNATURE file not being present in turbotax's 32bit folder. Typically this will be created during the install process... UNLESS it can't get access to the machine's crypto keys.
SOLUTION: Go here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817754/en-us) and follow the directions under "Assign the Everyone Group Appropriate Permissions to the Folder".

I downloaded my new turbotax product, but I cannot find it to use it.

It is normally in your temporary folder of the browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, try Tools, Internet Options, then check the temporary folders (button View Files).

Or try download something else, the destination folder for the last download may be the place of your turbotax program.
