I will try to help,I am Ron.Have you checked the cooling fan fuse,or relay?this is when you turn on ac,right? If fans and relays are ok,,then look for the high side switch to be at fault. This cuts the fans on when pressure gets up high on the high side of ac system. Also check to see if the fans are good, but most likely are for two to go out at the same time ,is hardly likely.More help?

Ok when I have my heat fan on my 2006 dodge charger 2.17 it dont run hot but when I turn it off it do our when I turn on the ac it run hot

If the engine is running hot you may be low on coolant. Check this first. If coolant level ok, the rad fan may not be working to cool the engine. If the AC is operational, when you turn it on, the radiator fan should come on telling you the fan motor is ok. You still may have an issue with a fan control related to temperature. This can be caused by a fan relay/wiring/temp sensor/ecm. Make sure the thermostat is functioning properly as well

My engine is running hot and the coolong fans do not go on

Checking codes would be best. First check the fuses. pull them out and look. Then start the car and turn on the A/C, if the fans come on the replace the coolant sensor, first. If not, the swap the cooling fan relays. Things that could be wrong are fan/s, fuses, relays, wiring, and the computer.

Cooling fans are not coming on

need to check the temp sensors on the engine, the fans rely on the sensors to tell them when to engage and disengage.

2006 chevy cobalt the engine cooling fan is not coming on

Check with warm engine and off by touching on your radiator vents whether is in all places same temperature. If not check whether you have air in the coolant which needs bleeding,or not good coolant circulation, caused either by clogged radiator, not good water pump,or faulty thermostat.By having these things it is the possibility the fan switch not getting the correct temperature to allow the fans to start. the last thing if everything is working, the possible is the fan switch itself.

Cooling fans wont come on. ran power to the fans and they do work.

Check fuses, relays, (usually under hood), and coolant temperature sensor, should all come into play here.
