Question about Radio Communications

Open Question

Why can't I turn on/off my ifrogz wireless bluetooth earbuds?

I just brought these plugz bluetooth last week and have yet to use them. The problem is...first all I see is a dull red light. Secondly, everytime I try to turn them on then I get a dull flashing light. Third, when I put it on the charger it shows a very redish pink light. If at all possible please help!

SOURCE: battery/charger problem

Apparently this is a normal battery problem for the lithium ion battery, especially with Casio. Call customer support (surprisingly simple), tell them that its flashing red instead of staying solid, and they'll send you a new one in the mail. 1-800-435-7732 -- thanks for the help! one of the easiest technology problems i've had to solve

Hi I recently got a Plantronics Exploer 232 bluetooth. Everytime I go to charge it the red light comes on for about 10-15 seconds then goes out. I try to turn it on when its charging and the red light will...

It sounds like your headset has a problem. You need to return it to your retailer for replacement or call the customer service department at Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5538. Make sure that when you get your replacement headset, that you try to let it charge for a good 3-4 hours prior to using it and that you charge it every night, that way the battery within the headset will last longer.

Switching on discovery 925

Switch the bluetooth function on your phone, search for devices and then pair with your headset once it finds it. Allow it to connect without confirmation and leave your bluetooth switched on on your phone. Everytime you turn on your headset it should connect automatically.
