Are there any advantages of taking bail?

Let us consider the West valley detention center. Just go through the Rancho Cucamonga Bail Bonds for understanding the entire bail process. One great advantage of taking a bail is that the convict doesn't need to stay in jail for the entire duration of court hearings until it proves that he is actually guilty. otherwise, he needs to stay in the jail even if he has not made the crime.

Can I sue for lost wages if I was arrested and found not guilty of the violation probation?

hi David.
this is all i could find out.
Imagine serving years, even decades in prison for a crime you didn't commit and then - when you're finally exonerated and released - you're not guaranteed any form of compensation under the law.
In at least 21 states, that's the case.

How can I get the white house to read a letter expanding on my son in prison and how much he is a Cristian he is and how bad the prisions are

He was put in prison for a reason, convicted by a judge, or a judge and jury. Do a crime, do the time.

If he was a Christian, he would have applied the 10 commandments to his life. Your argument is so flawed and full of holes.

This is nothing to do with the POTUS, contact your local governor to see if the sentence was harsh for the crime, and appeal the sentence time he was given.

How can you be convicted of a crime if the victum drop charges does that violate your 5th amendment rights

I need to know the nature of the crime to answer this, but if it is domestic disputes ending in injury that you refer to then the victim doesn't need to press charges the state will do it anyway, and the supreme court says it is not unconstitutional.

emotional language --- the man committed a crime but he didn't mean it , was not himself, other excuses as to why he should be less that a convicted criminal

A spy camera has been kept in my house by my it a crime even if i do not register a complaint against my neighbour in the police station?

It depends on jurisdiction. Some localities have personal privacy laws which would enhance the charges of criminal tresspass, breaking and entering, etc. Of course, a crime is a crime whether it is reported or not, just as it is still a crime even if there are no witnesses. The likelihood of succesful prosecutions, however, depends upon citizen reports and credible eyewitnesses. Evidence also helps to convict. If you believe your privacy is being invaded, I would advise you to report this to your police department. If there is any physical evidence, such as the camera someone placed in your home, this would be invaulable to their investigation. I would also take steps to secure my privacy by changing locks, using blinds, and I would inspect my residence if I felt a neighbor was trying to invade my privacy. The best thing I believe you could do for yourself would be to report this to the police, for the deterrent value alone, if for no other reason.
