Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Avital 4113 makes my cars horn constantly go off

The most likely causes would be an improper installation or a failure in the receiver unit. I'd be inclined to take it elsewhere to check the installation. Hopefully you still have the instructions & paperwork that came with it.
Good luck.

I had a remote starter installed in a 2008 Honda Accord. When I press the button to start the car, the alarm goes off. How can I stop this?

The factory alarm needs to be disarmed prior to remote starting the vehicle. You could either add a data door lock module (HODL5) to the 4113LX to disarm the alarm or, you could extend the light green with black from the 4113 and run the wire into the drivers door and connect to the brown at the power window master switch. Test this wire while turning the key in the door.

My avital 4113 car remote starter often starts the car without warning. no remote interaction needed. I don't find anything about smartstart or temperature/ voltage features with this one button system.

DEI sent out a recall on a batch of theit antennas for this sysetm that were remote starting the car by its self. If you call customer service they will send you a replacement antenna and this sould fix your problem.
